Small Business Program Office

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) is a national laboratory for science and technology solutions to the most pressing national and global security challenges. LLNL is managed by Lawrence Livermore National Security (LLNS) which is a limited liability company (LLC) that assumed management of the Lab on October 1, 2007. The LLNS management team includes Bechtel National, Regents of the University of California, Babcock and Wilcox Company, URS Corporation, and Battelle. LLNL is a government-owned contractor-operated facility managed through a contract between LLNS and the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration.

LLNL’s Small Business Program Office is committed to providing the maximum practicable opportunities to small businesses to participate in the performance of subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory and consistent with the U.S. Department of Energy's Small Business policies. LLNL will procure a fair proportion of its goods and services from small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, veterans and service-disabled veterans who own and operate small businesses, and HUBZone businesses.
